#1: Have 300 mg. per day of Coenzyme Q10. This great antioxidant is very good in the effectiveness of the immune system and also the circulation to the ears.
#2: Bayberry bark, goldenseal, hawthorn, burdock root leaf and flower and myrrh gum can improve the blood and help stop infections.
#3: Ginkgo biloba can help to reduce the dizziness and improve hearing loss due to the reduced blood flow to the ears.
#4: Have fresh pineapple regularly to decrease inflammation.
#5: Have plenty of garlic, kelp and sea vegetable.
#6: For ringing in the ears, combine 1 teaspoon of glycerin and 1 teaspoon of salt in 1 pint of warm water. Use a nasal spray bottle to spray each nostril with the solution until it starts to go into the back of your throat. Spray your throat with the mixture as well. Three times a day do this.
