Stretching Exercises to Grow Taller

If you want to grow taller and add some more inches to your height naturally doing exercises, this post is for you. At any age you might be, these exercises will help you get extra inches doing natural exercises. The workouts have been scientifically proven to increase height, also after puberty, if they are done correctly and regularly. Vertical Hanging

This is a really simple but very effective stretching exercise that you can do at home. You just need to have a solid bar that is strong enough to hold an individual, at least seven feet above the ground where the distance between your feet and floor is 4-6 inches or more. Hold your arms neither closer or wider and start hanging. Hold as long as you can, and as you start to get tired, slowly swing back and forth while trying to touch the ground with your feet. This flexes your spine and makes it longer, so you can then add some inches to your height

You want to flex your spine while stretching, and not just twisting your wrists.

Perform this workout three times a week for the best results.

Cobra Stretch

This is essentially a Yoga exercise planned to make your spine linger and make it more flexible, so that the cartilage between your vertebrae then grows, increasing your vertical height.

Lay on the floor with your face down and palms on the floor below your shoulders. Start to arch your spine up leading with your chin. Arch as far back as possible. Do three or four repetitions with each one lasting between 5-30 seconds.

Pilates Roll Over

This is a great workout for stretching your spine and lengthening your upper body. Along with your spine, it also stretches and lengthens your vertebrae.

Lay on your back with your arms at your sides, with the palms down. Having your legs together, take them straight up toward the ceiling and then bend them backwards so they then touch the floor. It might not be possible to touch the floor when you first start, but as you practice, you will get better at doing this. The more you stretch, the more your spine will lengthen.
